Grape varieties:
Choice grapes from Piedmontese hillsides

Vineyard location:
Medium hillside (200-300 m asl) with south-est exposure.
Soil with a high content of compact clayey-marl mixed with calcareous marl.

Vinification:
The grapes harvest is made by hand at the end of September.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks around 8 – 10 days, with floating cap and frequent pumping over of the must to optimize the extraction of colour and bouquet.

Ageing:
After a short period of maturation in stainless steel tanks the wine is bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Bright red colour.
Fragrant and vinous bouquet.
Pleasantly harmonic and fruity on the palate.

Food pairing:
It is the simple wine for every day drinking.
Ideal with pasta, rice, meat dishes as well as for the sweet, salty and spicy cuisines of the world. Serving temperature: 18°-20° C
