Moscato d’Asti is one of the oldest vines in the world.
Its presence is attested since the times of the ancient Greeks and Romans, when they matched the copious libations with the famous Muscatellum.
With its aroma and delicate liveliness Moscato d’Asti is a sweet and seductive wine.

Moscato 100%

Vineyard location:
medium-high hillside (200-300 m asl) with south, south-ouest exposure. Sandy soil composition.
District of Canale village.

The grapes are carefully picked up by hand in the first week of September. Very gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the aromas of moscato, then the juice is keeped in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature until to be bottled when the fermentation is activated in pressure tank until the alcohol content reaches 5,5%

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour with golden highlights.
Intese bouquet with rich aromas of the muscat grapes the wines is made from. Hint of orange blossom, honey, white peach.
Elegant and persistent on the palate, nice sensation of sweetness and freshness.

Food pairing:
Enjoy it on its own. Perfect match for dessert.
With its unique aroma and low alcohol is ideal with spicy dishes of typical ethnic cuisin. Serving temperature 8-10° C.
